I am a “She Leader” and was born to lead. I do not fit into society’s social norms nor the normative expectations of what a woman should be like, act like, talk like, and behave like. I march to the beat of my own sound, which can be contradictory at times… but who cares? The She Leader has no desire to be placed under, because she would be best suited to leading side by side with him. Her utmost desire is to catch him before he falls, go to war for and with him, uphold moral and ethical principles, and have integrity, transparency, honesty, trust, loyalty, mutual respect, and unwavering commitment to communicate effectively with a forgiving spirit and kind heart. Her position will never be under a man, but side by side with him, because she was created to lead.
