Years On Job Doesn’t Equally Knowledge of The Job

Trust me on this one, it doesn’t matter how long you have been on a job, all that matters is how well you have done the job. You can be at a job for 20 years and have done the work wrong for 20 years; someone with two years in and has done the job correctly for those two years, is still better than you and have more experience than you. Let me hear your thoughts on this topic please.
