The only way to say that you are the “best” is to step outside your comfort zone and compete with other people’s “best”. For almost three years now, I have been opportuned to compete with other people’s best, and it’s an ongoing learning experience for me. In one area, I am more advanced than they are, and in another area, they are, but together, we are all learning from one another.
At some point in your life, you have to realize that you cannot carry everybody along, and not everyone is heading to where you are going in life. The truth is that not everyone is meant to be great. Greatness comes with a lot of commitment, determination, making tough decisions, tough choices, loneliness, and sacrifices, and some people are not built for that.
